Thanks to Red Shed, Matt Hamill & Hamill family for having hosted a recent event at their farm where we finally met with Annick Mercier in person from Lallemand, visited barley fields, rye fields, Red Shed’s malting plant + the opportunity to fraternize with peers in the spirit making industry.
