Experience the rich flavors of our Dark Rum, carefully crafted in the heart of Central Alberta.

Made with the finest Demerara sugar and a hint of maple syrup, each batch undergoes a thorough aging process of over four years in selected used French oak barrels. What sets our rum apart is our commitment to purity – no coloring or additives are ever added, ensuring a drink that’s authentic and exceptional.

After its aging period, we honor a tradition from rural communities in Saskatchewan by infusing our rum with Sultana raisins, adding depth to the flavor profile.

While we may be newcomers to the world of rum, our dedication to quality and attention to detail shine through in every sip.

Distilled and aged entirely in Central Alberta, our rum is a testament to the craftsmanship and expertise that define our spirits.  Crafted with care and destined for greatness, our rum isn’t just a drink – it’s the beginning of a journey. And with rum barrel finishing for our whiskies on the horizon, it’s a taste of things to come.
