As part of the experience, you’ll enjoy a complimentary tasting session featuring our finely crafted local whiskies.
Private sessions are available for groups of eight or more, with flexible scheduling.

What You’ll Learn:
- Grain Selection: Discover the rich flavors from Alberta’s finest prairie grains.
- Distillation Process: Learn the transformation of local ingredients into premium whisky.

Duration: 2-2.5 hours (depending on group size and number of questions)
Capacity: Minimum 8, Maximum 12
(If a class does not meet the minimum enrollment requirements and is subsequently cancelled by us, participants will have the option to either reschedule for a future class or request a full refund.)
$15 credit towards the purchase of a 750ml bottle of whisky (not applicable to the rum) on the workshop day.
Once you’ve booked the workshop on our website, you will receive a purchase confirmation email. The following email you’ll receive is a reminder sent during the week of the workshop.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans can change. To accommodate this, we offer one free rescheduling if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. For cancellations, please note the following:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the workshop: We offer a refund minus a 20% cancellation fee to cover preparation and administrative costs.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the workshop: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or rescheduling for cancellations within this window, as our preparations are already underway.
Your understanding helps us continue to offer the best possible experience for all our guests.
Important Information:
- Minors under the age of 18 are not permitted in the distillery during the workshop.
- Please note our location in Red Deer County, Alberta, which is approximately a 3-minute drive from the West gates of Westerner Park.
