It’s a beautiful blend of malted rye, malted barley, and oat mash—a combination we’ve carefully honed over time. The Prairie, our heartland, is where we find the finest grains in the world, and in Prairie Trio, you taste the essence of this rich land.

After many experiments and a lot of passion, we’ve found the perfect balance in this whisky. It’s a celebration of the grains and the oak notes from our carefully chosen barrels. Nose: Sweet & spicy nose with aromas of dried apricots, brown sugar and a hint of vanilla.

Palate: Warm banana bread, gentle oak spice and caramel.

Finish: Smooth warm finish with long lingering notes of rye.

Grilled steak or lamb: The bold flavors in red meat stand up well to the complex notes in the whisky, while the tannins in the wine barrel finish complement the meaty richness.

Aged cheddar or blue cheese: The sharpness of these cheeses pairs well with the slight acidity in the whisky, and the fruity notes in the finish can help cut through the richness of the cheese.

Dark chocolate: The sweetness and bitterness of dark chocolate can balance out the rich flavors in the whisky, while the fruit notes in the finish can enhance the chocolate’s flavor.
