General Information

Our team is dedicated to packing and shipping your products within 1-2 business days unless specified.  If you place an order on a weekend or statutory holiday, we will pack and ship it on the next business day.

As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can keep an eye on its progress.

We currently ship exclusively to shipping addresses in Canada through Canada Post Expedited Parcel™ , with the exception of Quebec, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, and select dry communities.

We are delighted to provide our customers with the convenience of free local pickup*, free shipping for orders over $150 CAD or a flat rate of $10 with Canada Post.  

Please note that additional fees will be applied for deliveries to northern regions or remote centres.  For any specific shipping requirements, we encourage you to use our checkout system to calculate the applicable shipping cost or reach out to us directly for further assistance.

*A $5CAD/bottle discount will be applied for local pickup.

 

Shipping of Alcohol

We want to remind our customers that all alcohol products purchased from our online store are sold exclusively within the province of Alberta. Upon receipt of payment, ownership title is transferred to the customer. By completing the checkout process, customers agree to this policy. Diony Distillery Inc. does not make any representation regarding the legal rights of customers to import alcohol into any province outside of Alberta. Therefore, it is solely the customer’s responsibility to handle the shipment or importation of the alcoholic products.

When placing an order with Diony Distillery Inc., the customer acknowledges that arrangements to ship the alcoholic product(s) out of the province of Alberta are being undertaken at their request and under their direction. In addition, the customer accepts full responsibility for any costs, including taxes or tariffs imposed by regulatory authorities, associated with the sale and shipping of the product.

 

Delivery Time

Upon shipment, customers will receive a shipping confirmation notice that outlines delivery timelines and shipping methods.

The delivery timeframe is subject to variation based on carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the specific items ordered. Presently, we utilize Canada Post Parcel Service as our shipping provider, with an estimated delivery time ranging between 4 and 14 days. For more detailed information regarding delivery standards, please refer to Canada Post’s official guidelines.

To ensure the safe and legal delivery of our products, an adult who is at least 18 years old (or 19 years old in provinces where the legal drinking age is higher) must be present to sign and provide identification upon delivery. Orders cannot be left unattended.

 

Damage of Lost Shipment

In the unfortunate event of a damaged or lost shipment, Diony Distillery Inc. cannot cover any losses or damages that may occur through third-party couriers. However, if a product is damaged, customers can email photo evidence to [email protected], and we will coordinate a replacement shipment at no cost to the customer
